Caring for an aging family member is difficult. With our busy lives and the added tasks of making sure someone else is okay, we are spread thin. We all want to do the best thing for our loved ones but, let's be honest, sometimes they drive us a little nuts.
In this session, we will first identify what behaviors make loved ones so “difficult” and then learn specific techniques to address them. By addressing the behaviors, we will learn how to set ourselves up for success in our roles of caring for those we love. This session focuses on practical tips and allows us to maintain a connection even with the most difficult personalities we love and find exhausting.
Note: this presentation on family dynamics will take place from 11-11:50am. Registration is required for the L'Chaim conference: https://lchaimdenver.org/
